Unlike other bootcamps, Body & Mind Camp focuses on training the mind in a completely unique way to ensure you get results that last. Instead of working with you on temporary zen and ‘wellness’ techniques like most, we work with you to fully re-evaluate your attitude towards all aspects of your life including your relationship with food and your body insecurities. In turn our sessions change your outlook on these aspects of your life to help create a personal formula which allows you to move forward a happier, fuller you and to be able to control all areas of your life, including your weight.
We’re the only bootcamp in the UK to combine optimum physical, and mental health training to help our clients lose the weight, understand the power of clean eating and tune their minds to achieve their desired body and personal goals during, and after camp.
For all too long there’s been boot camps which solely focus on the body, but don’t address the most important part of a human, the Mind. We need to remember the mind is a muscle and like all muscles, if it doesn’t function properly, there will be a lack of results.

Robert will be present throughout the Body & Mind Camp not just on his own sessions, but to ensure the client is maintaining positive thinking throughout their stay. He believes during the PT sessions, we must not forgot to train the most important muscle of them all, the brain.
